Anyone could use the name Green online, on a game. Admittedly he'd never really seen it before, but it didn't mean it wasn't a thing; it wasn't like he paid strict attention to every username in existence. It was just a colour, nothing special, and thinking up fake names was boring - what other reason was there behind him using 'Red' nearly everywhere?

But Leaf had stopped talking suddenly to the guy, and then the conversation between him and Jeremie...
